The Metallic Mining Division Conducted an Exhibition and uation of Primary Source Materials

In order to promote the communication and exchange of each project, and further enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of the Metal Mining Division in data management, project implementation and decision-making analysis, the Metal Mining Division officially launched the raw data exhibition and uation work on December 24th, 2024. The purpose of this exercise is to optimize the data management process, ensure the quality and reliability of all raw data, establish a transparent and standardized project data management system, and summarize the work completed by each project in the current year, so as to provide strong support for the smooth development of the company's various businesses.

In the process of advancing many of the company's metal mining projects, the project work director plays a key role in assigning, supervising and executing various tasks. At the same time, a large amount of original data from technical members of the project team is also an important basis for the progress of the project. This raw material exhibition is to learn from others, take others' strengths and make up for their shortcomings, so that we can sublimate ourselves in the collision of ideas, and make progress together in sharing and learning.

This uation of source material will focus on two areas:

In terms of the presentation of project information, the uation team uated the mineral search results of each project, especially in terms of the standardization and completeness of the exploration data, and the teams had to show a rigorous attitude and solid skills in the organization of information. Each project should strictly follow the standardized process of data arrangement to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the data, so as to facilitate the later scientific research analysis and resource planning. In addition, the uation activity also focuses on the reasonableness of the deployment and actual implementation of each project. Whether the participating projects can complete the scheduled workload on time, and the work results displayed show a certain professional standard, reflecting the latest technology and practical achievements in the field of mineral search.

With regard to the exhibitors' data, the uation team examined the authenticity, completeness, systematicity, originality, standardization, timeliness and aesthetics of the data compilation, focusing on checking and uating the results of the original data of the project technicians including the project director, including the drilling technical files, the survey line profiles and the original records, the trench sketches and the original records, the 1:2,000 and 1:10,000 fill-in logs, hand charts, actual material charts, as well as various types of work summaries and other original data. The original data such as hand charts, actual material charts, and all kinds of work summaries and summaries. Exhibitors should not only strive for accuracy and clarity in the use of charts and diagrams, but also take into account the aesthetics of the records to ensure that the information is presented in a neat and easy-to-read manner. Especially in the combination of hand-drawn sketches and written records, to fully demonstrate the unique technical charm of the metal mine project in the field of mining exploration. The uation team pointed out that all the exhibition materials, whether from the content of the rigor, or visual cleanliness, must meet the standards, so as to fully reflect the professionalism of the exhibitors and attention to detail.

All the staff of each project actively participated in the project, the atmosphere was warm and harmonious, and the final results of the original data uation were as follows: in the uation of project data, Ruoqiang County Xiaodasaka Copper-Gold Polymetallic Mine Project won the first place, Ruoqiang County Shuiqaoquan South Copper Polymetallic Mine Project won the second place, and Shanshan County Paltag West Copper-Nickel Mine Project was ranked the third place; in the uation of personal data, Sun Junhong was awarded the first place, Li Tao was awarded the second place, Cheng Yandong was ranked the third place, and Li Tao was ranked the third place. Cheng Yandong was ranked third.

The uation team said: "uation of original data is not only a technical task, but also a task that involves the participation of all staff. Each project should fully understand the importance of standardization and specialization of data to the development of the company, and actively cooperate in data management and storage and archiving. Only when every step is done properly can we ensure that our decision-making is more scientific and our work is more efficient."

Through this original data uation work, members of the Metal Mining Division learned from each other and complemented each other's strengths and weaknesses. In the future, the Metal Mining Division will continue to explore and implement a more efficient data management mechanism to promote the healthy development of the company's various businesses and inject more reliable power for the company's long-term development.
