The company adheres to the scientific concept of "people-oriented, safe development," fully implements the main responsibility for safety production, strengthens the management of safety fundamentals, improves the scientific and standardized level of safety production management, effectively prevents and reduces various production safety accidents, ensures the safety of employees' lives and property, and establishes a long-term mechanism for safety production.
(I) In accordance with the requirements of the national "Work Safety Law," the company sets up safety management institutions and assigns dedicated safety management personnel.
(II) The company establishes a Safety Production Committee, chaired by the main responsible person of the company, with the representative of the management as the deputy chair (usually the deputy general manager in charge of safety). Members of the Safety Production Committee include leaders in charge of various departments, main responsible persons of relevant departments, safety management personnel, and employee representatives. The Safety Management Department serves as the permanent executive body of the Safety Production Committee.
(III) The company sets up a Safety Management Department, which is specifically responsible for the management and supervision of safety production across the entire company.
