On April 20, Beijing Blue Ocean Energy organized a spring outdoor theme expansion activity.
The activity started from the ice-breaking session, through a series of interesting small games and team cooperation challenges, so that everyone can better understand each other, narrow the distance between new employees, let everyone more relaxed communication, and establish a good interpersonal relationship foundation.
Next comes the High-altitude Challenge, an activity designed to challenge new employees to courage and go beyond themselves. Under the guidance of professional coaches, everyone climbs the mountain, which not only enhances their self-confidence, but also inspires the determination and perseverance of the employees to face the challenges. With the support and encouragement of the team, each employee bravely faced their fears and gained growth and breakthrough.
The isolated island survival activity tested the cooperation and adaptability of the team. In the face of various challenges and difficulties, we worked closely together and supported each other, and finally completed the task successfully, enhancing the cohesion and trust of the team.
After that, the new employees worked in small groups to solve complex puzzles, which exercised their logical thinking, collaboration and problem-solving efficiency. These sessions not only improve their teamwork skills, but also develop their ability to handle tasks in high-pressure environments.
